Cancellation Policy

* All services require a non-refundable $25 deposit to secure all appointments. * This deposit will go towards the total cost of your service. If for any reason you CAN NOT make your appointment, PLEASE CANCEL/RESCHEDULE at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time or you will forfeit your deposit. * If your appointment is cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours prior to appointment time, then your deposit will be transferred to any future appointment. * All clients will be allotted a 10 minute grace period upon arrival. Anytime after the grace period will result in a $10 late fee. Anything more than 15 minutes will have to be rescheduled. *No Calls/No Show will NOT be able to rebook
